Hello, I just purchased the G10 Transmitter and Base yesterday, and I am having trouble getting it to sync. I followed the simple instruction in the manual to get started, but it still will not sync. - Transmitter is fully charged (green light is solid) - I have done all of the firmware updates. - Base unit just sits there with the "white light" halo. - Tried it with my Ovation Gutar while the halo is white, does not transmit a signal. How do I get the base unit and transmitter to sync ?
