    help please

    lee_tomkins posted a topic in Helix

    hey guys I just bought a some presets and I am trying to load them into my helix LT. But it is saying that there is an error and that my computer is not authorised then it asks if I would like to authorise my computer and I say yes but NOTHING HAPPENS. ive updated to version 2.70 but this keeps happening. Can anyone help please?
