    So I switched out the pedal with another one, and it works. Seems my old UD Stomp has started showing its age acting strangely. Anyways, it was helpful to know I had hooked it up correctly, so thanks!

    And yes, I tried it in a completely blank preset.

    Send from 1 and return 1+2. Also tried changing and switching the cables to 3+4, but no difference. Again, thanks for helping out!

    Thank you for the response. I did try that but I’m only getting the left signal when hooking it up like that with a mono send and stereo return. Having already checked all the cables and the pedal itself for error there must be something in the Helix I’m to dumb to understand.

    Hello I am trying to connect an older pedal which only has a single input, but two outputs (Left: Mono Both: stereo). Can I send one mono signal out to the pedal from the Helix Floor but have it returned in stereo? Thanks!
