Hello. Suddenly my Pod XT Live will not select a patch. Bank scrolls up but not down. All the bottom row switches appear to be dead. Cannot select Bank down ABCD or Tuner. Any ideas? Reloaded Firmware via Monkey but no change. TIA Paulo
