In case anyone stumbles onto this topic after searching for days and getting nothing from support like I did; Click settings, scroll down to fbv mode. Change that to jam control mode. It will now tell you what the banks a,b,c, and d control. You can hit "a" to start the countdown to record

I've tried everything to find this information, some places say that I can't use the pedal as a looper and need the short board, some say I can. All I want to do is be able to press a switch on the express mkii to start a recording, then press again to loop over the recording I just made. An overdub function basically.. It's a pain to try to press the button with my hand every time. Is there any way this is possible??
