Strangely, it did not. I did look for the Line 6 Updater after installing the package for HX Edit and it wasn't there, downloaded it, installed it and now I'm good to go. Thanks for the help! I appreciate your time.

I discovered the problem. I had downloaded the other half-dozen Line 6 software and installed them, while missing the firmware update to the HX Stomp itself. I'm not sure why they don't have all of the functionality of the 4 or 5 program in either a single program, or a single download. Too many pieces of software to track down, download, and update.

I had downloaded and installed v2.70 prior to attempting to import any IRs. Sorry I didn't mention the version.

Getting this message while attempting to import OwnHammer 412 RECT IRs in groups or individually: HX Edit was unable to import IRs in this set due to following errors: -8209 - Service does not support the requested function. Thoughts?
