Hi all, I'm new to the helix, and I'm struggling a bit with the amp switching. Ok, I have a helix hx and an engl thunder 50. I'm using the four cable method to wire it up. When I use the hx to change channel it changes (brilliant) but when I change back to clean no sound comes out, until I tap the patch button a second time...... Tried it with snapshots and it does the same..... Any ideas?
