I just called support directly. They said the ticket system has been down. I might try another browser to be sure, but the support rep said "yes, it's down".
Also, I'm having this issue too - like exactly as described in the original post. When I called support they didn't have any real answers for me and the call ultimately got disconnected (connection was terrible, he was cutting in and out). Not sure where to go from here. I cannot use this unit if it's going to just outright fail in the middle of a gig.
