  1. Hello! I bought a Helix Native as an Helix LT owner on the 14th of March, and few days later Line6 announced a great Sale with 30% discount, including Helix Native. I wrote to support about refunding the Helix Native to purchase it again with 30% discount. They answeared me within 2 days and refund the all summ. Then i tried to purchase Helix native againt with 30% discount, as an owner of Helix LT, but i couldt do it, because the Helix Native with registered Helix LT was inactive for me, It says that "Your account does not have an active Helix LT registered right now. Please click the register button below to register your product." Though i have registered Helix LT at my account. I wrote to support again with this problem on 19th of March, but there is no any answear still.
