Was trying to update my HX Stomp from 2.65 to the latest using the updater, and it failed.
Now the unit will not boot up at all, it does not appear on the updater anyone more to do an update.
I tried booting the unit up while holding the page> key, and by doing this was able to find it in the 'offline' mode. It then wanted me to find an .hxf (firmware??) file.
this is the problem, I can not find a file with the extension .hxf anywhere. I downloaded the windows 10 hx edit, but what I got was an .exe file, which installed on my PC. Looked everywhere in the directories and could not find anything with the extension .hxf.
I need to get this unit up and running for tomorrow, any help would be much appreciated
