Hey guys!
Had the Line 6 Helix Floor unit for a while now but never really used the Looper much before. Recently, I've been getting into a lot of ambient guitar music and tried to experiment with the Looper only to find out something is wrong with the looper on my unit. Attached a picture of my Helix's looper and one of a correctly functioning looper. I noticed on the footswitches of most other people, you could see the Play/Stop, Undo, Once, Record, REV/FWD signs. But on mine, there are only Overdumb, Low and Highcut ones as well as Page and Value switches and the Page ones are grayed out so I I am unable to click on them. Could you tell me what's wrong with mine, or if I'm doing something wrong, what it is and how I can fix it.
