UX1 records half tone down, same speed

I tried with 44.1 and 48, the problem persists, any other ideas? I also tried with different computers and different software (Reaper and Audacity). Always have the same problem. -
I just got a Line 6 UX1, connected it to a desktop (Windows 10), M-Audio monitors and the electric guitar. I set up Pod Farm and Reaper. Monitors work well when the guitar is played. When recording with Reaper, the playback shifts half tone down. The speed of the playback is correct, just the pitch is down. I tried with Audacity, and have exactly the same problem. I also tried switching cables and even the guitar, but the problem persists. I tried with/without Pod Farm, to no avail. How to fix this issue?
