I have a newer Relay G10 unit, which I purchased in December of last year. I did not have issues with it for the first few weeks but then discovered it did not seem to be charging. Even after leaving it plugged in for hours the unit still glowed red and nothing seemed to be happening. I installed the updater and hooked up the receiver to it which resulted in the LED glowing white without a transmitter plugged in. Now, when I plug in the transmitter it glows orange/yellow for about a second before transitioning into a flashing red. Then the light simply disappears. According to the manual it should be flashing red if there are under 30 minutes of charge left, flashing green if there are more than 30 minutes of charge, and solid green when fully charged. I tried seeing if there were updates for the hardware but it didn't recognize it even when plugged into the USB port. What should I do?
