Hi everyone! As written in the title i've got an issue with my RelayG10 (purchased in 2017- over 100 gigs done since then never a problem) - receiver turns red even if my transmitter is full charged.
This problem comes and goes, it's kind of random but still happening frequently in the past weeks...any tips?
I tought was an usb cable issue so i've tried 2 different ones but still happening, as i said before it's so random that i can't say why it happens, when everything seems to work fine then suddenly the receiver goes off while my transmitter still full charged with green light. Hope someone can help!
