I´ve got the original power supply.

Tried this and didn´t work. I cannot even connect the hd500 via USB to my laptop because I cant update the drivers.

Hi from Argentina. I´ve been using my HD500 since 2017 without any problem Last week something happened: I plugged the power unit and the HD 500 kept staying in the "line 6" logo and reset. I can open the calibration menu and the flash update, but nothing else. I cannot even connect via USB to my laptop. Is there any solution. Thanks and sorry for my poor english.
