Hello??? There has to be someone that can help, I brought it to a shop near me, he said the Board is gone but that really doesn't make sense as I can still update the amp.....I really think there is a software issue.....the amp is like 2-3 years old and used 6-7 times..... how can I get support for this?

So I turned on my SpiderV 240 to a beautiful screen, the Line6 Screen of death..... Went through the Topics and tried everything, only thing I can think that may work would be to re-flash the software.... I can get the Line6 updater to notice the SpiderV amp when I hold the AMP and FX buttons. I think trying to flash the software to the newest version may be crashing my SpiderV 240 amp. Is there a way I can get the 1.01.1 version to try and reflash or is there a archive of all the Versions so I can try and update manually. I think trying to flash the software to the newest version may be crashing my SpiderV 240 amp. Just trying everything before I have to send it away.... Thanks
