    Following....I had the same issue occur. I followed all the instructions listed; however, it was stuck midway. It WAS pointed out that my HX Edit was being run through 2.71 - which is REALLY FRUSTRATING because I had done the updater. But my desktop icon was still the 2.71. I'm stuck in the same position. I found online to hold Buttons 9 & 10 to turn the unit on...but the screen stays stuck on "Boot Failure. Entered Update Mode"
