Hi i have similar problem, I turn the Helix On and the main screen stay black and the scribbles blank but On. If I turn it on and off several times then the Main screen Load up and everything seems to be fine, but this happen to me almost everytime I try to use it, sometimes it doesnt turn On after shutting it off and on for more than 10 times. Any Clues? Gear: Helix Floor Firmware 2.71...
