I have my firehawk since aprox. 2 months. After the last gig I turned the unit on and first I didn't get any sound out of it (connected ofer XLR out into monitors). After reseting the device to factory defaults I got sound but the VOLUME LED ring is not showing any light. Volume control in the app works ( only the issue with the Volume drop after returning from tuner ...), I also got the LED ring showing something when it was connected via USB, but not always...
appreciate any idea to try befor sending the unit to line6...
