  1. Update: Support responded and offered to replace the unit, but based off the feedback here I did more testing and found that 2.4 Ghz has more of an impact than using the USB power supply. It's difficult to say if there really is a power issue or not, so I've closed my support ticket for now as everything is currently working.
  2. I have a very similar issue. The signal on my G10S also cuts out frequently when using the included 9V power supply. When using the USB cable and a 5V supply I have no issues. I'm not sure why this is happening. I checked and verified that both my receiver and transmitter are running the latest firmware. Could it be a problem with the 9V power supply or is it something with the 9V plug on the receiver unit? Grounding issues? I really don't know. I opened a support ticket and hope to hear back soon.
