    Hi. Over the past few days I've been having problems with HX Edit - most times when I load the software with connected helix devices (a Helix floor and Rack) I get the error message "Failed to get impulse name. Service is not online. . I've also updated both my Helix devices to the latest 2.90 firmware, the issue persists. Thanks Raj Sharma
