Hello! I'm trying to use my helix floor as an interface in Reaper on windows 10. Drivers installed, plugged in via usb, recognised by windows AND reaper... Although my headphones are plugged into the "headphones" out on the helix, I can only hear my guitar sound straight from the helix. I cannot hear any computer sound, or even the sound coming out of reaper. It seems like the computer sound isn't actually going through the USB. Can you help please?

Hello guys, I'm having a bit of a problem here. I'm trying to use the helix as an audio interface, which works very well as I can hear sound in stereo, but when it comes to guitar, windows 10 doesn't recognize both USB channels 1 and 2 which are carrying my guitar sound. instead, it just accepts channel two. Help! (note: it works perfectly through a DAW, and I'm able to select all the channels I want. But I dont know how to do that in windows!) thanks in advance!!
