  1. Nope. I am the one and only owner. I do have the bender model since installing the v3 upgrade way back when, just never knew it was the whammy and never used it cuz it didnt sound very good. ha. suppose it wouldnt without the expression pedal. Thanks again.
  2. Cool. Thank you very much! Anyone know how to do a custom FX setting save?
  3. Did a google search the other day for the Jen Electronics wah (just wanted to get an idea of what that model was all about), followed a link to a post here at the line6 forums where someone mentioned there is a digitech whammy pedal model for the pod xt's. Is this true? I can't find it anywhere in the effects lists. I scrolled through them all. Also the guy said you had to hold the tap/tuner switch down and then turn the select knob or something to get to that model. ??? I can't find it or the post where I read it. Anyone know if this is true or not? The guy seemed like he knew what he was talking about and it was definitely there. I'm using a pod xt live btw. Thanks. Also, isn't there a way to do a custom effects save like you can do with amps?? I'm positive I read that somewhere some time ago but haven't been able to figure that one out either. That would be a huge help in creating new tones. Thanks again.
  4. Thank you. Honestly, thank you. Indeed, I have the channel volume as far up as I can get it without clipping. I am just using the Memory Man delay with everything else bypassed, and then adjusting the output from there. (Which is why I found it odd) I'll try the -4dv setting. Seems the most logical next step. Not to sound arguementative, but I'll hold fast to my theory. Certainly there are exceptions to be found, but the ego of a guitarist (usually the average one, which is ultimately ironic) is not to be underestimated. Why bother reading help topics if you're going to be selective in who you help? Surely they're not all here to learn from others mistakes and problems. I'm not buyin that one. There, my hat is now in the psuedo political ring. ...and I sound like a bigger A-hole than before. Brilliant!!! Note to self: No one understands your black humour dude, so why bother? (There will always be a few young padawan, there will always be a few....)
  5. I realize I sound like a complete A-hole, but this isn't the first time I've encountered this here. I had another acct years ago and went thru the same thing with almost every post. The trend seems to be: the fewer posts you have the less help you receive. Please....pretty please with hemi 'cudas on top.... someone give some insight...
  6. No one has any suggestions? None at all? Why is this the only help forum where no one wants to help? Kinda defeats the point, no?
  7. I'm curious, FX Loop users, how high do you guys generally set your output level when running thru an FX Loop? I suppose I should ask how you're setting your channel volume as well. Just do it like normal: til it clips and then back off a bit and then set the actual output level? The manual says I should set the output as high as possible to avoid noise floor issues, but I'm finding I can't turn it very high at all without overdriving the Blackstar. Not much at all. A very small amount past 1/4 and it starts to distort. Is this a typical setting for you guys? I am running it as "power amp 2x12" with output set at "line", so no problems there. Also, the Blackstar FX Loop is switchable from +4dbv/-10dbv. I'm using -10 as the +4 is usually for rackmount stuff. Thanks guys!
