Hello, I have a problem with my can hd500. when I call her, she doesn't leave the screen "LINE 6" I did some research and told me to reset her. So I reset it, but nothing solved it! I ended I ended up pushing the down button that probably erased something from it and now I can't connect to my computer to install the update or whatever ... What can you help me I appreciate it
