  1. Hi, I have a Helix LT. I need to find out how to put my custom sounds in a "stomp box fashion" so that EVERY time I push the footswitch #1, it's clean. Switch #2 is Rhythm, #3 is Dirty Rhythm, #4 is Lead Option 1 and Switch #5 is Lead Option 2. I don't understand "Snapshots" and all that terminology (even after reading the manual many many times) and thought when I purchased this product I could set it up this way. I need to literally take this unit with me to play out and so I am able to understand it no matter where I am without searching my complete database and tweaking it every time. I have to be 40 different guitar players each night that I gig out and I cannot seem to figure this out. I cannot even switch from clean to dirty back to clean without bending over and searching for the next sound. It's is extremely painful. I have many Digitech brand processors that are very quick and easy to manage on stage or in the studio, but this Helix is way beyond me. It would be extremely nice if Footswitches 6-12 could actually add to my flavors in my 1-5 sounds by adding in the chorus, delays, flanges as needed too. I would have a 1-5 Bank of sounds with 6-12 being the color of each of the sounds. For example, if I have a Fender type clean and want to add some chorus and delay, I would step on Footswitch 1 for clean, and 6 and 7 to add the chorus and delay, step on footswitch 8 to add flange, and/or step on 7 again to remove the delay. As I write this, I am sure some of you know exactly what I need to do to get this accomplished? Can I do this? If I could ultimately set this up, and learn this method, I could essentially set up more banks of sounds in the same way...one for rock, one for progressive, one for hard rock, one for metal, one for extreme metal, one for jazz fusion etc. Then I would know what sound I need and how to find it with my foot instead of bending over and looking for that "sound" I thought I saved yesterday in patch number whatever. Right now, the way it is, I cannot even switch from clean to dirty to lead and then back to clean with my feet to play a whole song with my band, and that's just wrong. Thanks! Any help you can give me on this would be much appreciated. Jay
