first download the "PC VER 2.71firmware !!!!!!" if you mac also PC!!,Turned ON HX Stomp while holding Page Right Arrow Down,use line6 update "offline mode!!!!!!!!", choose HX stomp!!!!!!choose your download file, back to 2.71, happy ending.
