I've spent hours trying to install the firmware. Still using 2.71. Backup stalls when downloading IR's at 85%. I get the error message "timeout waiting for a response from device (code -8212)". I've scoured the message board searching for a solution. I realize this and similar topics have been covered. I just don't seem to understand the "language". If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. -Bobby
