After boot of the Helix Stadium XL the output volume settings are not applied. All three output seems to be on 0dB (full output), although other values are stored. I had my headphone muted with -120dB and the XLRs on -32dB, but after a boot the headphone played with full power and my monitor speakers were quite loud as well. Turning the output volume knob let it jump directly to the previous stored value, but it's quite annoying. Firmware version is 1.2.0.

The matrix output mixer displays an audio level even though the output level of the signal path (the right-pointing arrow in the circle) is set to -120 dB and no sound is audible. The same applies to the pan control: even when it's set to "Left 100", both bars show a level, but the sound is only audible on the left. It seems to be a pure display error, but it's somewhat confusing.
