Hello - I'm stuck with the same problem (just 4 years later) - Line 6 Monkey worked fine approx one year ago - after a longer break I resumed practicing with Line 6 and are now running always into the same problem - de-/re-install actions had no effect, update from Line6 Monkey 1.71 to 1.77 had no effect, addition of Windows Defender Firewall Rules had no effect (BTW - Windows 10 Platform is used). One thing was noticable - I had the same problem with the Line6 License Manager - but after Update to V. 1.16 the License Manager could connect to the Line6 Server. When looking at the creation Date of License Manager 1.16 one can see, that it is very new (AUG 2024), while Line6 Monkey 1.77 ist relatively old (JUN 2018). My assumption is, that Line6 Monkey needs an update, which works the same way like the new License Manager. I would appreciate any hint/help on that topic very much :-)
