I am encountering an issue where the instrument recording through a UX2 and TonePort UX2 (I have tried both devices) records at an off-pitch and distorted sound. I am trying to record the dry guitar sound to Reaper with the intention of changing the tone later with Pod Farm 2. I am using the following set-up:
- Windows 10 (encountered this issue with 2 different computers)
- Reaper
- Pod Farm 2 and Gearbox (the issue occurs with either device)
- Sample rate set to 44100 Hz on both the USB interface and Reaper
Is there anything that I can try to fix the problem? When listening to the guitar through the headphone output of the UX2 and TonePort UX2, the guitar sounds fine.
