Hi! I'm having some issues with my HX stomp everything sounds amazing until I'm lowering volume on the guitar - then the sound feels totally lost and act super unnatural as opposed to the feel of regular amp. I searched and didn't find anyone talking about it.. any idea what the issue is? thanks a lot!
