Hi thanks. I just installed it so I don't have previous experience using it. No firewall rules blocking, not little snitch or any other software that might be preventing the auth required. Native constantly checks for auth every time it's opened? how that might work if I go offline for 2 weeks, will I be able to use it? Thanks for the help, I'll raise a support ticket with Line 6.

Hi, I'm running OSX 10.15.6, Logic Pro X 10.5.1and Helix Native 1.93, and facing spinning wheel and Logic crashes on daily basis. Found out that launching logic without and internet connection, opening Helix Native and when required to authenticate connect to the internet does the job until the next day. Otherwise launching Logic connected to the internet will make Logic crash. Any ideas, is this a known issue?
