    I just bought a helix. I want to update the firmware from 2,3 to latest so i downloaded line 6 updater. The problem is i cannot select any devices when opening line 6 updater? Tried all USB ports on computer and reinstall updater reboot computer etc. Do you guys know where i might be doing it wrong?
