I did those things... sometimes people try many avenues to seek answers, and sometimes people post unhelpful responses.

Hi! Received this unit yesterday, brand new... worked fine last night, this morning the scribble strips are not on, buttons don't do anything when pressed.... what did I do? I'm guessing I got a lemon?? Anyone have this happen and fix it?? Thanks for any help!
