  1. Anyone else have issues where their tuner doesn’t do anything? Even if my bass is plugged in direct to the HX One it does nothing. Doesn’t mute even though it’s set to mute. effects work as expected so the signal is going in ok just the tuner doesn’t. Makes no different which input I use.. factory reset didn’t fix it..
  2. Thanks guys. I’ll give it a go. Yeah the separate a/b pedal would defeat my reason for buying a Helix if I had to take extra pedals again...
  3. Hi guys. I’m tearing my hair out here so if anyone can help I’d be most appreciative. Ok so... I’m a newbie to helix having only used it as a glorified stomp box up to this point. For my show work I want to have two instruments going into the helix LT. 1) my electric bass into the guitar input 2) my upright bass into another input (fx return?) I want to be able to a/b switch between these whilst keeping the same set of stomps / same pre amp etc available. Just muting the other input when I switch. So... for example. Let’s say - I have a pitch shifter Distortion Flanger for example. How do I set a foot switch to mute the electric bass and switch to the upright whilst keeping my other stomp settings as is ie.. if I have the pitch shifter active at +2 I want it to stay like that and just mute the electric whilst activating the upright input. Then when I’m done and want to switch back I just tap the same foot switch. Is this something Helix can do? If so, can anyone tell me how? Or should I just buy a Boss A/B switch and go from that into the Helix to save the headache? Thanks in advance and sorry for being rubbish at this stuff!!
