Hi I had to reload my windows 8 os, so have had to redownload the HX Edit program. This downloaded ok, but the file is a .dmg format that will not execute. I have also loaded the updater program, but it does not find my HX Effects board when turned on? HX Effect board is up to date...v 2.82. what am i doing wrong. thanks in advance for any help.
