hi i solved the problem doing 2 special things. 1. in windows firewall. i choose add software and i add monkey from line 5 there. and hit ok. then. i go to the line 6 folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Line6\Tools\Line 6 Monkey) and i open Line 6 Monkey.exe but before make click i click with right clik on the mouse and run as administrator. then moneky will open when monkey software is open. click on update driver and is ok . now is working for me
