HELP! Brand New User to Line 6 Helix LT | Can't Update

Appreciate all the responses. Got it to update after going through the process (following said instructions) about five times. Still not sure why it didn’t update first go around. O well. Thanks. -
I'm sure some will grown....but I cannot update my new Helix LT from 2.30 to 2.81. Mac User: Mojave I installed Helix Edit and opened Line 6 Updater and began update. Seeing as I was starting from scratch, I didn't need backups. However, the update keeps Failing. I can't figure this out. Please help this newbie. And yes, I've read the instructions about a dozen times...can't see what I'm missing.
