  1. Unfortunately that did not work. For now I have found a work around by pressing each preset button twice and that seems to reset each preset to how it has been saved.
  2. I use a very basic setup. Only 8 presets and wah settings are the same for all presets. Instead of turning on above 5% and then off below 5%, the wah will be off at 0% and will not turn on above 5%, but will turn on when I return to 0%. At that point it will stay on 0-100% and will turn off when I return to 0%, like it normally should, but then it will stay off 0-100% and only turn on again when I return to 0. It's like the 0-5% is acting like a latching switch instead of a momentary switch. The wah is either always on or always off. This only happens when the Global Spillover is ON. It works correctly with the spillover OFF. I can try to post a short video of it tonight if that helps.
  3. Hi all, I see some issues people are having with the Global Spillover ON, but nothing the same as the issue I'm experiencing. I've been using the Helix LT for a few years and have been able to resolve any problems on my own or by using the forum search, but I'm stumped on this problem. After the latest update (3.11) I decided to try the Global Spillover function, which works great by the way...but...I have my wah set to turn on/off at 5%. It seems that the heal position is acting like a hard on/off switch, not as an auto on/off. The wah will be off, I sweep from heal to toe and it does not turn on until I return to heal. It then stays on until I sweep heal to toe again, and it then turns off at the heal position. I switch to another preset and the wah works as intended, on/off at 5%. Switch to another preset and the same problem arises. Go back to the preset that worked correctly before and it now does not. It seems to randomly cause problems from preset to preset and does not follow any pattern that I can see as to when it will work as intended or not. Switch the Global Spillover OFF and the wah settings work perfectly. I removed the external expression pedal and switched everything to the onboard pedal with the same results. Whammy has the same problem. I did a factory reset twice with no luck. I've tried a few random things to get around it, reversing the pedal polarity, changing the bypass percentage, rebuilding presets from scratch. I now have the wah bypass set to stomp button which works but isn't ideal. Hopefully I'm just missing something simple. Thanks, Greg
