I'm having the same issue getting stuck in preset mode. I'm on 2.82 also. This is a problem when I have to hard boot the Helix mid set. I use my Helix for a LOT of gigs. I need this fixed ASAP. Please!

So, as I understand it, installing the Line 6 Updater 1.1 should also install the latest version of the editor. It's not working. I'm running El Capitan and I've deleted off the old version of the updater and the Helix Editor. I was able to update the Helix to 2.1 but I'm not getting an editor installed. I'm sure this is user error...but how do I get the Helix editor installed? Thanks, Chris
