Hello, I am very new to Helix and have been using my Helix Rack for a couple of weeks. I have just added a Helix Control to my Helix rack and I am just getting to understand the operation of the new add on. It seems to function as I expected, (I have previously had a demo of the all-in-one-floor unit) I have noticed that I get a buzzing sound when I touch the capacitive buttons, am I doing something wrong?
It is not super loud, but if I was using this rig through a proper power amp it would be noticeable.
This happens if I have a guitar connected or not.
I would appreciate your words of advice, reassurance or gloom and doom as appropriate.
