The expression pedal of my Helix LT does not stay at 100% at the end of the race and goes down to 98% or even 97% when I release the pressure of the foot.
This is very annoying with a Whammy type effect for example.
The SonoVente company sent my equipment for repair over a month (from August 2 to September 3) to the Oxygen company, an approved repair center located in France.
My Helix LT crankset came back from repair with the exact same problem.
The Yamaha company wants to carry out a second opinion and asks me to send them my equipment.
I am a semi-professional musician and the Helix is my working tool. I have concerts every two weeks for 2 months scheduled and I cannot part with my material again.
I looked through the Line 6 forum and The gear page. Obviously, this problem cannot be repaired and the solution is a standard exchange.
I would like to know if a person in charge of Line 6 could help me, in particular our benefactor Mr. Frank Ritchotte, in order to solve my problem.
