Hello everybody from germany. I just got my new hx effects. Before i use it i did an update to 2.82 on mac Catalina. The update failed and now the displays show firmware 2.51 but in the middle field first row boot failure Res=-33 and the device doensn´t appears in the software. I tried all but no way to start. What can i do to reste or start again with the update. I think i´ve made the mistake to backup with helix edit 2.82 and now i cannot get it back.
