Hey guys!! Ever since I got the new Helix Stadium back in December I've been fighting the issue of my delay trails changing pitch and spiking in volume dramatically when changing snapshot presets. I do have the delay times adjusting for different snapshots but have never had this issue on the OG helix since I know the "Tap Tempo Pitch" under "Preferences" had to be set to "Transparent". Am I pulling a big dumb and doing something wrong here? Once again, never had this issue on the old helix even with snapshots and delay times changing for different snaps!
