I just purchased a used M5. Everything works as it should, except that I am unable to access the SETUP pages. The instructions say to hold down the TAP button and then press MODEL SELECT. I realize you need to keep holding down the TAP button as you press the MODEL SELECT, but nothing happens. It just stays on TUNER. This does not seem to be a hardware issue, since both buttons work fine for other functions. Therefore, I was wondering whether doing a factory reset might solve the issue, but to do that, I would need to go into SETUP pages, which I can't do due to the issue I'm having.
Any advice on how to resolve this would be highly appreciated. I love the product and would like to be able to access all its wonderful functionalities.
