When I shall open up the files in My spider v remote app on my iMac the icon is not available to do that. The icon is just shaded. why? is it cause I have upgraded to Catalina macOS.

Thanks. I have now download some of the sounds to my iMac but can't open they up. what program can open up this files?

Hi, Im new on forum. I wonder, is there any way for me to get older factory presets on my new Spider V 240 mk2? For example, I remember I liked the indie and jazz presets a lot when I played on a Spider V for a year ago. These presets are not on my new Spider.
