  1. I've found it to be super sensitive, myself, but the result is an impeccably tuned guitar. Wait for both arrows to light up and you're in tune. You don't have to have the floating indicator exactly center. Its almost impossible to accomplish that dead center and OK as long as it's close and with both arrows lit. You probably are aware but try to tune to flat and tune up to the correct tune for best results.
  2. That's totally it!! Ugh. I just assumed they all worked since I saw the POD HD500X available in the HD series model packs. I need to pay attention to the details. I guess I'll be asking Line 6 for a refund. Thanks so much!
  3. Yeah I have the same screen. The problem is that I can't see the freaking model packs on the POD itself! None of the new amps. I'm totally baffled.
  4. Yeah the unit itself only reports the standard model pack. It doesn't see the packs. Thanks though.
  5. Hi all. I bought the Fully Loaded HD model pack and cannot see the listed packs under license manager. I can see them listed under my computer but not the HD500X. I have deauthorized both and reauthorized them several times now. Used different USB cables and ports but the packs will not list under the HD500X to install in license manager. It's incredibly frustrating!! I have no reason to use them on my computer since I don't have POD Farm. ALL drivers/software/firmware is up to date. Can you only install them under either the computer OR the POD?? If so, how can I transfer? BTW, the POD otherwise works flawlessly and connects to and works with POD HD500X Edit perfectly well. Thanks in advance for your help!! Adam
