  1. Is anyone else experiencing this? MacBook Pro 10.15.3 Helix Rack 2.82 HX Edit 2.82 COMMAND key is sometimes ignored when saving a preset and that seems to change a snapshot bypass setting on a parameter. An example where I can reproduce it: 1. In a preset with active snapshots, put a Gain Volume block (mine is stereo). 2. Use the pull-down to assign the Gain parameter control to snapshots. The bracketed value appears. 3. Change the value for that snapshot (e.g. [3.0 db]) 4. COMMAND-S to save the preset (meaning hold COMMAND and press S). 5. Sometimes it will save and sometimes it will turn off the snapshot control (as if COMMAND wasn't held since S is a shortcut to turn that off). It's not consistent. It could be many things, like it's busy talking to the Helix or buys saving and ignores the COMMAND key. But, I think know what it is, if the preset doesn't need saving (e.g. Save Preset under the file menu is grey). Hitting COMMAND-S will ignore the command and just do the S. Try COMMAND-S multiple times and it should save (if the it needs saving) and sometimes switch modes (when it doesn't and Save Preset is grey). Anyone else? Greg
