Okay it is working now. The problem was, as you said, I needed to assign the DRIVE in the OD to snapshots. I didn't know I had to right click on it. Thank you again!

Thank you rd2rk that make sense. I'll give it a go in the morning. Sounds like I had it 'arse about face' in my understanding from the manual. Really Appreciate your help. I spend so many hours helping other with computer problems online it is great to get some help from others! Rock on \m/

He there I am brand new to this Stomp and Helix but I have read the manual several times but I am still stuck. I have a Helix HX Stomp that I just updated to the latest 2.82 firmware. I am struggling to make a Snapshot save assigned to a footswitch. Setup I have a little Mosky dual momentary switch unit plugged in that I have setup assigned to switch the Presets up and down. this is working fine. I have my display setup so It is displaying the snapshots and each button and I can chose snapshot 1 2 or 3 on the 3 foot switches. I have also checked that Global Settings | Preferences | Snapshot Edits is set to Recall Problem Using HX edit, anything I do I see reflected in the Stomp. I change to Snapshot 2 in HX edit and the second foot switch lights up. I change the 'Drive' value on Stupor OD on the current preset, see it reflected in the pedal but if I switch back to Snapshot 1 that change goes with me. How do I make a change in Preset 2, save it then leave Preset 1 alone (or something equivalent). I am obviously doing something wrong and missing something silly. Please Help! Kind Regards Paul
