Hello all, I did the following as SaschaFranck recommended: - Quit HX Edit! - download the Line 6 Updater - Also download the "Flash Memory" from there (it's the actual update) - not sure if I did it. - Installed the updater. - Reboot the Helix while holding down switches 6 and 12 (this will take you to safe boot mode). - Start the Line 6 Updater, but then the Helix is not selectable. It seems like the device is not found by my computer. Any ideas why its not connecting? I just bought the Helix yesterday... best regards. UPDATE: I tried another USB port, now it identifies the Helix, and I can select it in the Line 6 Updater. But If I select a local (hxf) file, or update the latest online version, I get the following error message:
  2. Hi all, I have exactly the same problem. After connecting, the LINE6 logo and the black screen appear alternately. 2 days ago I could still adjust my sets on the computer via POD HD 500 Edit. Now my computer no longer recognizes the hardware. I would be very grateful if you can share your solution. I uploaded a short video on youtube:
